Come explore ways to be with your history, your feelings, and your life differently.
The Embodied Life ™ practices are tools for coming into the present moment more often.
In the series we will explore:
Sitting: still and silent with warmth towards your thoughts and coming back to the present
moment again and again
Movement: gentle movements to soften the body and its habits
Guided inner process: grow your inner resources for peace, connection, presence and more
Where: The Center for Compassionate Living at 828 NW Hill Street
When: Eight Tuesday Evenings from 6:30-8 pm starting on September 13th through
November 8th. (No Class on September 20th)
